LCHCA brings homeowner and condominium association leaders together to exchange knowledge, learn from one another, and engage constructively on issues affecting Loudoun communities.
Membership is open to homeowner and condominium associations throughout Loudoun County.
Who Can Participate?
A member association may designate one or more:
- Board members
- Committee members
- Community managers
- Resident representatives authorized by the association
Representatives participate on behalf of their community and gain access to LCHCA meetings, discussions, resources, and collaborative initiatives.

How to Join
1. Complete the Member Profile
Tell us about you, your association, your role, and the issues that matter most to your community.
2. Affiliation Review
LCHCA verifies that applicants are affiliated with the community identified in the profile.
3. Membership Approval
Once verified, the representative is approved for the LCHCA Google Group and added to the member directory.
4. Welcome & Connect
New members receive the Member Welcome Guide, invitations to LCHCA’s digital channels, and information about upcoming meetings and opportunities to participate.
