Who We Are
The Loudoun Coalition of Homeowner and Condominium Associations (LCHCA) is a nonprofit organization representing homeowner and condominium associations throughout Loudoun County, Virginia.
We bring communities together to share knowledge, collaborate on common challenges, and engage constructively with local government, utilities, industry, and other stakeholders on issues affecting residents and quality of life.
Our member communities represent tens of thousands of households across Loudoun County, bringing together leaders from homeowner and condominium associations to collaborate on issues that affect residents countywide.
